for infants up to 2 years: the trip is Free
children from 2 and below 6 years: will pay 25% of adult price&nbsp;

Children Policy

We are offering a low down payment of just 25% to secure your spaces on the tour including hotel room, cruise cabin, domestic flight ticket, and other travel-related services. The remaining balance can be paid up to two days prior to your arrival date or in cash upon arrival at the destination to your tour manager, therefore, making your booking a risk-free investment.

Booking Policy

Tipping for a job well done is customary in Egypt, though not required. Please feel welcomed but not obliged to offer a tip to your guide.

Cancellation Policy In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:
From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 10% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date, 20% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 14 and 1 day before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.

Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject to any fees according to the airline&rsquo;s cancellation policy.

Upon arrival, our Personal Concierge will meet and greet you at your flight gate and assist you with immigration formalities and luggage collection. After that, you will be escorted to the exit to hop into your private vehicle be it a BMW or Mercedes Limousine to be transferred in style to your luxurious hotel.

Day 1:  Arrive in Dubai

Enjoy your first breakfast at your hotel in Dubai before being picked up by a private luxurious car along with your experienced private tour guide. First stop is the beautiful heritage area known as Bastakiya and a 225-year old monument Fort Al Fahidi which is home to the famous Dubai Museum, full of historical relics&mdash;telling the story of Dubai and the wider UAE&rsquo;s journey to prosperity. After a nice historical tour, you&rsquo;ll embark on a private traditional Abra boat ride, sailing gently across Dubai Creek&rsquo;s picturesque scenery.

Your journey through Dubai&rsquo;s history and culture will take you to the popular Spice and Gold Souks filled with aromatic scents and dazzling jewelry. Then you will visit one of the country&rsquo;s most famous architectural landmarks, the Jumeirah Mosque.

You will enjoy a lovely lunch at the Centre for Cultural Understanding before going for a visit to the Dubai Frame. Take a chance to take once-in-a-lifetime pictures at Zabeel Palace before finally going back to your hotel for a much-needed rest. Prepare yourself for an upscale dinner at the Burj Khalif hotel Armani.

Day 2: Full Day Tour of Dubai – Cultural Lunch Experience – Armani Dinner in Burj Khalifa

Another delicious breakfast in the morning to fuel you for an exhilarating helicopter tour over Dubai. You will take off from the Dubai Police Academy Helipad for a secure and safe experience. Bask in awe-inspiring sites lining the fringes of Palm Jumeirah and the iconic Burj Al Arab structure. You will even be able to get an unobstructed aerial view of the World Islands and Atlantis The Palm Dubai.

You will be picked up for your hotel in Dubai between 2:30 PM and 4:30, which is dependent on the season. You will be informed of the exact pick-up time earlier at noon before your desert safari.

Once you arrive at the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve, you will be given an Adventure Pack that includes a headscarf, stainless Steel water bottle and a bag to make the experience more comfortable and convenient for you. These are part of the booking inclusions and are a gift from us to take home with you as a souvenir. The safari will be a one hour tour through Dubai&rsquo;s striking natural landscapes. Of course, you won&rsquo;t go on foot so you will choose between a Vintage Land Rover, Camel Caravan or Classic Defender while booking.

Relish in the warm rays of the sunset as you attend a glorious falcon show. Then you will spend the night in a traditional dimly lit Bedouin Camp and be greeted with warm hospitality and of course lots of coffee and dates. You can make some fresh bread or coffee, smoke some hookah or even ride a camel. Then you will be treated to a four-course dinner with a colorful menu of traditional foods and staples.

Watch and participate in interactive performances such as drumming and Yola. After this night of fun and adventure, you will return to your hotel between 9:30 and 11:30 pm. The whole experience will last for about seven hours. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 3: Helicopter Palm tour – DISCOVER DUBAI'S DESERT HERITAGE

Enjoy breakfast in your hotel and then you will be whisked away by a private luxurious car by your private tour guide. This time, we&rsquo;re exploring the contemporary innovations and modern sights that have made Dubai a tourist hotspot. First, we&rsquo;ll pay a visit to Souk Madinat Jumeriah and get lost in its exotic alleyways and its atmospheric bazaar vibes. After we will explore the glamorous Dubai Marina, a microcosm of Dubai&rsquo;s indulgent, ultra-luxe lifestyle.

Following this, we will visit the world&rsquo;s tallest building, towering over the city on the 148th story. After this experience, you will get to experience the Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo before going to shop until you drop at the world&rsquo;s largest mall&mdash;the Dubai Mall.

Of course, no day is complete without a photo session to store those unforgettable memories. We&rsquo;ll stop at ME hotel designed by Zaha Hadid to take photos and then head to The View at Palm Jumeriah to watch the sunset.  
Once the sun fades away, sail into the night on a private yacht measuring in at 49 feet for a three hour experience featuring BBQ dinners, soft drinks, music and you can even request decor upon request.

Day 4: Full Day of Dubai’s Modern Iconic Sights – BBQ Dinner on Private Yacht

Fill up on breakfast of your hotel and get ready for a whirlwind tour of Abu Dhabi. You&rsquo;ll be picked up by your private tour guide in a private luxury car either a BMW or Mercedes. Your first visit will be to the beautiful Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. Then you will take a break and have lunch at the Emirates Palace in an atmospheric surrounding. Then you wll check in to your hotel and enjoy a luxurious overnight stay.

Day 5: THE ART OF FALCONRY – Unravel Abu Dhabi

Have a delicious hotel breakfast in the morning and be picked up by your private tour guide in a BMW or Mercedes car. You will first visit the iconic Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque and then the prestigious Louvre Museum Abu Dhabi. After these impressive visits, you will enjoy an extravagant lunch at Al Etihad Tower.

After a divine lunch, visit the presidential palace aka &lsquo;Qasr Al Want&rsquo; to bask in the opulence and lavishness of royal living. Then get a good dose of heritage, culture and history at the quaint Heritage Village and finally we will conclude with a scenic ending at the Abu Dhabi Corniche to take in the arresting skyline and dazzling array of lights illuminating the city.

Day 6: Explore Abu Dhabi’s Brilliant Highlights

Today is your day to go out and explore Abu Dhabi on your own. Fuel up with a hearty breakfast in your hotel and then spend the day at leisure at your hotel&rsquo;s beachfront. If you&rsquo;re up for the ride, you also have the option to ride the popular World Abu Dhabi.

Enjoy your last Dubai breakfast and get ready for your final transfer by a luxury vehicle to the Dubai Airport. You will be met by one of our personal concierges to be assisted with immigration formalities and security check points. To relax before your flight, we give you exclusive access to the Ahlan Lounge.
