Terms and Conditions
Your contract with GoEliteClub is governed by the booking conditions, our privacy policy, the method you booked your tour on our website, and any written information provided before your booking confirmation.
Please review all information carefully, as it outlines your rights and obligations. Note that references to "you" and "your" apply to the primary person who made the booking and all individuals included in the booking.
By finalizing the booking, you agree, on behalf of yourself and all other individuals listed in the booking, to the following:
1. Booking Policy and Payment Requirements:
A minimum 10% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance may be paid in installments, by credit or debit card, or in cash upon arrival.
1.1 Credit Card Payments and PayPal
Due to banking regulations, certain documents are required (a signed letter authorizing us to withdraw the predetermined amount from your credit or debit card). The letter can be sent by email, fax, or delivered in person to your tour manager upon arrival.
1.2 Payment Plan
We offer a flexible payment plan, allowing the remaining balance to be paid in installments or with cash, credit, or debit card upon arrival.
2. Amendments:
Any amendments to your itinerary after confirmation are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed, although we will do our best to accommodate your requests. Additional fees may apply for amendments, except in cases of flight ticket modifications where external airline fees apply.
3. Cancellation Policy:
3.1 Force Majeure Clause:
We recognize the exceptional circumstances arising from events like the COVID-19 pandemic and have implemented a flexible cancellation policy for cases involving travel warnings from authorities or airlines. Clients may choose between a full refund or credit for future travel, valid for one year.
3.2 Cancellation Charges:
To cancel your trip, written confirmation must be provided via email or fax. Cancellation charges apply as follows:
Note: The above charges do not apply during peak season (Christmas, New Year, and Easter). For cancellations during these periods, please consult your tour representative as policies may differ.
Note: Flight ticket cancellations are subject to the individual airline’s terms. Please refer to your airline’s cancellation policy before booking.
4. Refunds:
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method. If payment was made via bank account, the refund will be issued back to the same account. Refunds are not applicable in case of a no-show.
5. Accommodation Details:
Standard accommodation prices are based on twin-share rooms.
