Can I Travel safely with confidence to the middle east?

We may need to make some changes to the activities or destinations included in your tour to stay up to date with updated health and safety protocols and advice from local authorities. We always keep travelers updated before departure on closures or changes to touristic places and attractions.

Will my itinerary be changed due to COVID-19 related travel restrictions?

Do I need to bring hand sanitizer?

In some destinations, it may be obligatory to wear a mask in public places or even in private, according to the venue&rsquo;s policies. If so, your tour guide will inform you beforehand.

Am I expected to wear a mask on tour?

Each hotel and cruise has its own cancelation and refund policy, so it differs from case to case. Please refer back to your travel consultant for advice.

If I test positive for COVID-19 on my trip, will I get my money back?

Many of our tours are private. However, if someone else on your tour shows symptoms of COVID-19 while traveling, we will assist them in finding medical care. We will also follow the advice of local health authorities on whether a COVID-19 test is required, whether there is a need to quarantine, or if there is a risk to other travelers in the group. 
 If any COVID-19 cases are confirmed, the standard health and safety protocols will be followed.  Please note that while we will assist you to ensure you receive the proper medical care but all expenses for testing, treatment or self-quarantine will be at a personal cost.

What if there is a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19 on my tour?

Please refer to your travel insurance provider for more details about its coverage.

Will I be covered by my travel insurance if I am infected with COVID-19 while traveling?

If you cannot make it on your tour, please discuss with your travel agent to let you know the alternative such as postponing or canceling.&nbsp;

Will I be refunded if I am sick before my trip and unable to travel?

At the beginning of your tour, you will be screened for your health and asked to report any suspected symptoms. All travelers are expected to monitor their health through their travels and report any related symptoms to our team ASAP.

Will I need to undergo any COVID-19 testing or screening when I arrive? 

We make sure our customers are safe throughout the whole duration of their trip, from start to finish. We follow the WHO hygienic guidelines and make all our vehicles are properly disinfected. The use of masks is mandatory for all of our staff. We offer an on-arrival health screening and require a COVID-19 PCR test from all customers before traveling.&nbsp;

The remaining balance can be paid up to two days prior to your arrival date or in cash upon arrival at the destination to your tour manager, therefore, making your booking a risk-free investment.

for Emergency Cancellation, Go Elite Club offers a very flexible cancelation policy in case the government or the airline issues a travel warning from/to your departure country and destination. We, at go elite club, prioritize your well-being and safety above all else, and for that reason, we have adapted our cancellation policy to reflect our values. Cancellation Policy In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:
From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 10% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date, 20% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 14 and 1 day before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.

Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject to any fees according to the airline&rsquo;s cancellation policy.

Welcome to the mystical lands of Egypt, where the Pharaohs ruled for thousands of years. Upon your arrival at Cairo International Airport, your tour manager will meet and assist you and ease the process by providing an entry visa. You will then be escorted through the bustling streets of Cairo in an exclusive air-conditioned vehicle. Once you reach your hotel, your tour manager will assist you with your check-in and double-check your itinerary with you to establish and confirm all the pick-up times for all your activities during your trip.

Day 1: Arrival Cairo - Welcome to land of the Pharaoh’s

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel and then your personal guide will meet you and escort you to the majestic Giza Plateau. There you will visit the&nbsp;<a title="10 Astonishing Facts About Giza Pyramids!" href="https://goeliteclub.com/blog/giza-pyramids" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Great Pyramids</a>&nbsp;of Cheops, Chefren, and Mykerinus as well as the famed&nbsp;&nbsp;<a title="The Great Sphinx Of Giza" href="https://goeliteclub.com/egypt-tours/travel-guide/the-great-sphinx-in-cairo" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Sphinx</a>&nbsp;and the Valley Temple. Entry to the Great Pyramid is included.
After your visit, head over to a local restaurant for lunch before proceeding to Sakkara to visit the Sakkara Complex and the Djoser Pyramid&mdash;the first pyramid ever built. Next, you will&nbsp; head back to your hotel and overnight in Cairo.

Day 2: Pyramids Tour

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Aswan airport for your flight to Abu Simbel which its main attraction is the great sun temple of Ramses II and the <a title="Temple of Queen Nefertari" href="https://goeliteclub.com/egypt-tours/travel-guide/nefertari-temple" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Temple of Queen Nefertari</a>. The two Temples of Abu Simbel, with their unique style, are considered to be the masterpieces of ancient Egypt. They reflect the glory and grandeur of the new Kingdom. The Egyptian government and UNESCO decided to co-operate in order to save these temples from the flood. The Temple of Ramsses II was dedicated to the four universal gods Ptah, Re-Her-Akhtey, Amun-Re, and to Ramsses II himself. The great Abu Simbel temple is also called The Sun Temple of Ramssess II. The Temple of Queen Nefertari is also Called the Temple of Hathor who was the wife of the Sun God so in a symbolic way, the two Temples, that of Ramsses II and that of Nefertari, bring Ramesses II, Nefertari, Hathor, and the Sun God together as one.
Fly back to Aswan, transfer to your hotel, and overnight.

Day 3: Fly to Aswan - Visit Abu Simbel by flight (Business Flight)

After breakfast, you will transfer to the Nile cruise for checking in.&nbsp; Then you will be guided to visit the famous <a title="High Dam" href="https://www.goeliteclub.com/luxury-egypt-tours/travel-guide/aswan-high-dam-egypt" target="_blank" rel="noopener">High Dam</a>, The awesome <a title="Philae temple" href="https://www.goeliteclub.com/luxury-egypt-tours/travel-guide/temple-of-philae" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Philae temple</a>, which is devoted to the two goddesses Isis and Hathor, and the largest known ancient obelisk, located in the northern region of the stone quarries of ancient Egypt, <a title="the Unfinished Obelisk" href="https://goeliteclub.com/egypt-tours/travel-guide/the-unfinished-obelisk" target="_blank" rel="noopener">the Unfinished Obelisk</a>. Back to the cruise with Dinner on board and overnight in Aswan.

By the morning you will enjoy Sailing to Kom Ombo while getting breakfast on board. Back to your Nile boat to sail to Edfu with lunch on board, after that move to visit the best-preserved cult temple in Egypt, <a title="Horus Temple" href="https://goeliteclub.com/egypt-tours/travel-guide/the-temple-of-horus" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Horus Temple</a> in Edfu. Enjoy an afternoon tea during sailing to Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.

Day 5: Edfu and Kom Ombo Temples

Back to the Nile Cruise and have Lunch on board. Enjoy an afternoon tea aboard the Nile boat. Dinner on board and Overnight in Luxor.
