Can I Travel safely with confidence to the middle east?

We may need to make some changes to the activities or destinations included in your tour to stay up to date with updated health and safety protocols and advice from local authorities. We always keep travelers updated before departure on closures or changes to touristic places and attractions.

Will my itinerary be changed due to COVID-19 related travel restrictions?

Do I need to bring hand sanitizer?

In some destinations, it may be obligatory to wear a mask in public places or even in private, according to the venue&rsquo;s policies. If so, your tour guide will inform you beforehand.

Am I expected to wear a mask on tour?

Each hotel and cruise has its own cancelation and refund policy, so it differs from case to case. Please refer back to your travel consultant for advice.

If I test positive for COVID-19 on my trip, will I get my money back?

Many of our tours are private. However, if someone else on your tour shows symptoms of COVID-19 while traveling, we will assist them in finding medical care. We will also follow the advice of local health authorities on whether a COVID-19 test is required, whether there is a need to quarantine, or if there is a risk to other travelers in the group. 
 If any COVID-19 cases are confirmed, the standard health and safety protocols will be followed.  Please note that while we will assist you to ensure you receive the proper medical care but all expenses for testing, treatment or self-quarantine will be at a personal cost.

What if there is a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19 on my tour?

Please refer to your travel insurance provider for more details about its coverage.

Will I be covered by my travel insurance if I am infected with COVID-19 while traveling?

If you cannot make it on your tour, please discuss with your travel agent to let you know the alternative such as postponing or canceling.&nbsp;

Will I be refunded if I am sick before my trip and unable to travel?

At the beginning of your tour, you will be screened for your health and asked to report any suspected symptoms. All travelers are expected to monitor their health through their travels and report any related symptoms to our team ASAP.

Will I need to undergo any COVID-19 testing or screening when I arrive? 

We make sure our customers are safe throughout the whole duration of their trip, from start to finish. We follow the WHO hygienic guidelines and make all our vehicles are properly disinfected. The use of masks is mandatory for all of our staff. We offer an on-arrival health screening and require a COVID-19 PCR test from all customers before traveling.&nbsp;
